Sterling Homes Group — QuickBooks Online Integration

1. Overview

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the QuickBooks Online integration ("the Application") developed and operated by Sterling Homes Group ("Company," "we," "us"). The Application is a private, internal tool used solely by Company to connect to and manage Company's own QuickBooks Online company files. The Application is not offered, sold, licensed, or distributed to the public or to any third party.

2. License Grant

The Application is for the exclusive internal use of Company and its authorized personnel. No license is granted to any outside party. Access is limited to authorized users acting on behalf of Company.

3. Permitted Use

The Application is used to read, create, and manage accounting records within QuickBooks Online company files owned or controlled by Company, including recording transactions, generating reports, and performing related bookkeeping and financial administration tasks.

4. Data and Privacy

The Application accesses financial and accounting data contained within Company's own QuickBooks Online company files. All data accessed remains the property of Company. No data is sold, shared, or transferred to any third party. Handling of data is further described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Authentication and Security

Access to QuickBooks Online is authorized through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 protocol. Authentication credentials and tokens are stored securely and used only to enable the Application's permitted functions. Company is responsible for safeguarding its own credentials.

6. No Warranty

The Application is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Company assumes all risk associated with its use of the Application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to use of the Application.

8. Intuit Terms

Use of the Application in connection with QuickBooks Online is also subject to the applicable terms of Intuit Inc. Nothing in this Agreement supersedes or conflicts with Intuit's own terms of service, developer terms, or API license.

9. Modification and Termination

Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time without notice. Company may revoke access to the Application at its sole discretion.
