1. Program Description

Sterling Homes Investor Reachout is an SMS communication program used to share updates, investor information, and event reminders related to Sterling Homes projects and opportunities.
Typical messages include, but are not limited to:

• “Hello [Customer Name]. Thanks for attending the webinar. If you have any further questions, please reach out to us at 408-240-1234.”

• “Hello [Customer Name]. Thanks for visiting our open house. The next step in your investment process is to set up your profile on https://cashflowportal.com.”

Message frequency is approximately one message per week. Frequency may vary depending on your engagement with our events, inquiries, or investment interests.

2. Opt-In

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages from Sterling Homes at the mobile number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase or investment.

3. Opt-Out (Cancelation Instructions)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time.
Simply text “STOP” to the number or short code you received messages from.

After you send the “STOP” message, we will send one final confirmation SMS to confirm your unsubscription. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

If you wish to re-subscribe, simply opt-in again as you did originally, and we will resume sending messages to you.
